Gosh was established by Creative Director Paul Barnett; one of Britain’s most experienced Television Producer & Directors, who’s passion for epic cinematography, compelling narrative and attention to detail has been witnessed on countless flagship TV series for Broadcasters all over the world for the last 15 years.

With over 30 years experience in business development and having spent nearly half that time working in the Midlands television industry, Jayne brings a wealth of knowledge and boundless enthusiasm to the Gosh Team. Once described as 'an ideas emporium' Jayne is known for her quick thinking and creative approach.

Ruth joined Gosh TV as Production Assistant for 'Our Guy In Monaco' in 2024. She has over 12 years experience across Live TV, Broadcast and Production.

Formerly she worked in scheduling for broadcasters; Channel 5, Sony Pictures and Vice Media. Some production's she's proudly worked on previously; 'Hate Thy Neighbour Series 2' (Vice TV/ All 4), 'The Young Activists Changing Britain' (i-D/ Youtube) and 'The Great American Baking Show' (Love Productions/ ABC).

After departing London, she's back in her home county Shropshire with her partner and rescue greyhound. Weekends are usually spent trying to convince the dog to go out for a walk! (notorious couch potatoes - greyhounds, that is!)
